To prepare for your telehealth session (virtual therapy appointment), please ensure you have a quiet, private space to focus without interruptions. Test your internet connection and ensure your camera and microphone are working properly. It’s also helpful to have any notes or questions you want to discuss readily available. Be Still Counseling primarily operates as a private pay practice, allowing greater flexibility and personalized care. However, we are also in-network with many insurances. Please see below for a list of insurances that we work with:

Sessions typically last between 50 to 55 minutes. This timeframe allows us to thoroughly address your concerns and provide meaningful support.

We offer support for a wide range of mental and emotional health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Our approach is tailored to address the root causes of your challenges, helping you find long-term relief and growth. During our initial consultation call, we will discuss how we can best assist you.

To submit a reimbursement claim for out-of-network insurance, you must request documentation from us after your session. This document will include all the necessary information for your insurance provider. You can submit this receipt directly to your insurance company, following their instructions for out-of-network claims. If you need assistance with this process, feel free to contact us.

Be Still Counseling integrates Catholic and Christian values into the therapeutic process. While our approach is faith-based, we welcome individuals from all faith backgrounds and respect diverse perspectives. We aim to provide a supportive space that aligns with your personal beliefs and values.

We work with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and more. Our evidence-based methods are designed to address the underlying causes of these conditions and support your overall well-being. The fee for one 50 to 55-minute therapy session is $125. If you have questions about fees or payment options, please contact us.

We strive to accommodate people who need our services as promptly as possible. We often have a waiting list for new clients, so it’s best to contact us directly to discuss your needs and schedule a 15-minute consultation. We’ll do our best to support you on your journey to healing.
